Got here quickly. Had 2 holes that weren't tapped but after fixing that everything went smoothly. Instructions aren't great but there are plenty of YouTube videos.

Great packaging, shipping was on the long side but still got here within the time said and arrived on time. Still assembling but everything going smoothly.

Printer arrived very fast. No problems with purchase. Am looking forward to assembly.

I am satisfied with everything. The package arrived perfectly on time. The documentation is adequate, but there is little information on electronics.

I think many good things I can print it.

I am very pleased with the TEVO 3D Black Widow Printer. I am just finishing putting it together. 3D Printer Bay did an excellent job getting me the printer. From start to finish it was top notch. I am very impressed how well everything worked out. I knew where my printer was in the whole process and it was done in a timely manner through the busy holidays. TEVO 3D did an excellent job on the packaging, it really shows that the layout and design are well thought out. It is always scary to purchase a product that is made outside the country. You should not have any fear with a purchase here. I am very satisfied great job 3D Printer Bay and TEVO 3D. I will be back! Everything, from the Packing to Assembly instructions looks proficient. Every one of the pieces are in metal (aluminum). I adore my new Black Widow and the prints are amazing! Best printer ever!

The Black Widow is a Beast, very happy so far with my purchase I just finished putting it together this weekend and tonight will be the ultimate test its first print. But all in all its lived up to its hype so far as far as size parts etc. Would Recommend 3dprintersbay in the future as the customer service was there when I needed them and the purchase and arrival went smoothly. This is a great printer for a first time kit builder and the Black Widow Owners Group on Facebook will help you through any building and setting up pains lot of Knowledgeable people there.

After having this printer a few months now i must say, Print quality by TEVO Black Widow is simply amazing with the little adjustments and the correct set up in config settings.

This is a great 3D Printer Kit. Pretty happy with my purchase.Just made a mount for my tablet (Galaxy Tab S2) to control the printer with octopi. :) About 17hrs of printing. Next i have to do the wiring
