One biggest thing is my CR 10 came equipped with all the small upgrades such as the leveling knobs, heat bed cable tensioner so saved me a bunch of time printing those. Start with the shipping, was not bad had it at my door in roughly a week. Packing is not bad at all I mean it dose not come in a golden box but it will work. When I opened the box and found everything very tightly packaged in a nice compartment that was great, with 2 levels. Got everything laid out and looked at the directions ( or the lack of ) and at this point I am please that while I waited for this to arrive I watched a ton of YouTube videos. I managed to get this all together ( its really not that bad ) and it all worked. Was printing a test print in roughly 2 hours.

Great Product and it came with a week and a half. Got the CR-10s with the dual Z, Auto resume and filament sensor. Figured it was a great upgrade from the review I had read. The one issue that I am currently dealing with is the warped glass bed. It make it near impossible to level correctly. I would give this experience with 3DPrintersBay five stars but until they fix the warped bed issue, I will be downgrading it slightly.

Purchased 10s with filament sensor. Unit arrived in about a week (fast!) but signature required, so be sure someone is around to sign for it. Doc sheets were sketchy, be sure to find the docs on the MicroSD card (which is in the USB reader) or on the internet. Assembly was ok with one person, would be faster and easier with two. Filament sensor goes near feed drive as shown in photo on this page and unlabeled power connector attaches.
Printer was up and running in a few hours and I had some successful prints coming out later that day. No issues since. Price was fair, shipping was fast, no issues encountered. I'm a satisfied customer.

I am very satisfied, ordered the CR-10-S5 Max, came intact, everything was nice and tight, nothing broken. Shipping time was satisfactory (especially considering the horror stories i hear about gearbest). Machine does need Z height calibration when you get it to dial in the nozzle but there are tons of videos and all told took 10 minutes to get printing and its been humming ever since.
