So far so good! Was a little leary of this site at first but received my order within 4 days after I placed it. This is my first printer, so I'm still learning and calibrating it, just having fun. Definitely would purchase again though. Got the printer for a great price. Better than creality iirc.

I love this printer. Print quality and product quality are excellent. I upgraded all the fans (except for the hot end) to low noise versions and it is even more quiet! Before you unbox it, look at the youtube videos and reviews online about the loose or missing screws. Mine also came with two of the screws missing on the Z axis, but thanks to all the research I did prior to unboxing, that was the first thing I checked. One was in the bottom of the box. The other was found in the padding.

Amazing print quality and ease of use.

I have been pretty happy with the printer and it has worked better than I would have expected. Although I have ran into a few issues I still would recommend it at this time. Creality should place tape over screws for the Z nuts on the 2 lead screws. Since these are installed loosely for proper operation they tend to come out during shipping. I'm glad they included some spare parts with the printer but I have had to replace the Capricorn Tube and 1 of the push connect fittings. I had issues with the tubing failing at the push connector and for some reason the factory installed tubing was almost impossible to remove from the fittings. The spare tube that was included was easy to install and adjust properly. Hopefully this one last a little longer. There is some odd strain on the Z-Probe cable they seems to leave it prone to failure. My probe only works intermittently right now waiting on a reply back from Creality about a warranty replacement. Before the probe issue I did spend a lot of time testing and tuning the autolevel and bed level and found the probe to be very accurate and my bed was very flat no issues with high or low spots. One of the biggest downside is the use of proprietary nozzles with only 1 size currently available.



The Hotend and Bed both heat up very quickly and the part cooling fan does a decent job. With Creality opening up the source files for the firmware and the active development in the community I think this will be a new standard printer design. The touch screen works great but would be nice to have the ability to customize the screens and menu structure. There are a lot of opinions on the old 2004 LCD screens found on many printers that are not present on the current touchscreen. I would assume Creality did this to simplify the control of the printer but for advance user this forces us to issue commands via USB connection. I don't have a problem with this so much as I have ran a delta style printer with a Smoothieboard for a couple years now always over a usb connection and no screen.



Assembly of the printer was extremely easy. 4 bolts and a couple of connectors and you are up and running. The thing that took the longest for me was replacing a missing screw on one of the Z-nuts.



Overall great printer and I look forward to Creality releasing more firmware updates and hopefully some screen customization. Currently replacement and upgrade parts are almost zero. It would be nice to have the ability to order some stock parts to have some spares on hand in case anything breaks.

Took some initial setup up and getting used to the leveling sensor, but the printer is great and very precise! Very quick to heat up too.

It's a really great printer. Really quiet motors, and better precision motors too. I've been getting really great prints.

New to 3D printing. Setup was fast. Up and running in no time. Still exploring the capabilities of this printer.

I have both CR-10S and CR-10S Pro. My favorite is CR-10S Pro in terms of print quality and ease of use. Pro's are much quieter.

I love my pro, best printer I’ve ever worked with.

This is a solid upgrade from the CR10s. The easy install of the unit is no more than tightening four screws. I did rotate the z motors, in the default position they knock up against the adjustment wheels. the touch screen is smooth and responsive. There was very little to do for me to level and then auto level the unit. I was up and running in about 15 minutes after assembly. the tool kit included is standard with the addition of a needle to help clean any clogs you may get. I do wish they had added an extra nozzle. though. The fans are WAY more quiet then the ones on the CR10 but still they could go lower I think.The bed was a perfect flat surface and the build plate so far has needed no addition help with sticking that first layer. I do wish or hope they come out with a smooth surface though. In all I think this is a 100 percent improvement of its predecessor.

Excellent machine, easy to set up! Prints exceptionally well out of the box New TMC drivers, auto bed leveling, meanwell PSU, much bigger build volume from Prusa I3, bondtech, capricorn tubing. All in all a machine well worth the Pro appendix
