Order Shipment

        Each product description page includes the specific lead time, which is the handling period for the item. Most of our products are eligible for our quickest lead time of 1-2 business days. Once this lead time is complete, your 3D printer or kit will be shipped from the manufacturer's closest factory or distribution center. You will receive tracking information at the email address you provided during checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

In case of any Damages/Faulty or Missed Parts

        Please inspect the package and inventory of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage or Faulty parts you should make note of it & send a mail through Contact us form and we will take an action and arrange for the replacements parts to be sent to you immediately

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

        You are welcome to cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours and refund will be issued immediately in another 24 hours except over holiday seasons or if the product has been shipped out. If your item has already been dispatched or received or change of mind you will then need to send the item back to our vendor shipping location. You (Buyers) are the responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued in 3 Business days of receiving the item in resalable condition. If the item is deemed not resalable or damaged, an appropriate amount may be deducted from your refund to cover the damages incurred. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit/debit card or PayPal account that you use when placing your order.

       We offer high quality support from the actual product maker. We can help to get you set up & diagnose common problems. We will happily mediate on your behalf to ensure a happy resolution. Each of our customers is different. Some will need guidance on initial setup or calibration. We will do whatever it takes. When I attempt to purchase an item, I get a PayPal error. What’s going on?

       There are a few reasons this might happen. We recommend you try paying with a credit/debit card via PayPal Guest Checkout without logging in to your PayPal account. Remember that Guest Payments cannot be made using an email/Card details which are already registered with existing PayPal account. In this case either customer need to log in to their PayPal account & try to pay or try with different cards which were not a part of any PayPal account. Who Pays for Customs Fees?

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. In general, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees to their customs of destination country. When a package ships locally, buyers are free from paying customs or import fees.
