HE3D Ciclop DIY 3D Scanner
The Ciclop 3D scanner is a 100% open source project.All information on the mechanical design, the electronics and the software have been made freely available to the community, to become part of the Technological Heritage of Humanity. Ciclop is an open source 3D laser scanner with a rotative platform. It has been developed from scratch by bq, and now it has been released to the community, under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.his 3D Scanner is composed by a structure of 3D printed parts and screws, a web cam, two line lasers and a turntable platform with a stepper motor.

HE3D Ciclop 3D is a desktop 3D scanner, it works well with simple objects for DIY or simple research purposes. The environment light and its reflexion have a strong importance on the scan result.
This kit contains all components to assemble the 3D scanner, notice that the ciclop 3d scanner is a project under development and will evolve.
Fits for objects bigger than 5x5cm and smaller than 20.3x20.3cm, lighter than 3kg, not moving and opaque.
Plugs and power supply available for 110/220V (US/EU/JP/etc)
